2018 National Detector Dog Trials @ Stockton University

Event Information:

The Stockton University Police Department was selected to host the 20198 USPCA National Detector Dog Trials, both narcotic and explosive. This is an event that will bring the K-9’s and their handlers from all over the country to the Stockton University Community. Below is additional information including itinerary, registration and housing accommodations.

Hotel Information:

Stockton University Campus Housing

  • $50.00 per night
  • Registered residing participants will be housed in the newest campus housing unit.
  • Each will have an apartment which has multiple bedrooms, a living room area, kitchenette and bathroom.
  • The main level lounge area has a pool table a flat screen TV for use.
  • The housing fee includes linens and Wi-Fi use.

Event Information:

The Huntsville Police Department was selected to host the 2018 USPCA National Police Dog Trials. This is an event that will bring the K-9’s and their handlers from all over the country to the Huntsville Community. This week long event is projected to begin on September 17, 2018. There will be a FREE demonstration to the public featuring the K-9’s abilities, including a lights and sirens police vehicle procession.

The Foley Police Department K-9 Unit is currently seeking donations to make this a successful event, as well as sponsorship from local businesses for support. Use this opporutunity to help a great cause and to promote your business.
