USPCA  Region 4

Firearms Certification 

Region 4 Firearms certification will be held September 25th,  2025 at the Former Eastern Nazarene College and the Quincy Auto Auction in Quincy,   starting promptly at 0730 hours. 

Vehicle search will be held at the Quincy Auto Auction.   Area and Rooms will be at the College.  

Certification fee is $50.
