The Bylaw Committee oversees these rules for the USPCA. They are constantly looking at them to make sure they are as current and relevant as possible. It is recommended by the USPCA that you download a copy of this once a year. More recent changes are often in red, but there is always a good reason to read through them periodically, especially if you are a Regional or National Officer.
