USPCA Region 18 Narcotic Certification 

USPCA Region 18 will hold a Narcotic Certification Event on April 28th & 29th, 2023  (RESCHEDULED FROM THE 14 & 15th) 

Organized by Deputy Ryan Hulback with Barron County, WI SO   

Venues will be at the Tainter Elementary School, 3340 S Main St in Rice Lake.

Registration fee is $75.00      Pay Online or checks can be made to USPCA Region 18.

 Odor Recognition will be from 1400 to 1700 hours at Maranatha Church,  classroom building- 3340 S Main Street in Rice Lake.  

Handler meeting will be April 15th at Tainter Elementary School at 0800 hours.
