USPCA Region 4

Region 4 will be holding a Narcotics Certification on 7-14-23 starting at 0800 hours.    Meet promptly at 0730 hours at the Chelmsford Police Station,  next to the school.  Park at the school and walk over to the station.   

Location of testing will be the McCarthy Middle School in Chelmsford.
