Waynesville Police Department will be hosting certification trials August 6th through the 11th. 

Certification will be available in PDI, explosive detection,  narcotic detection and tracking

Hotel:  Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn for $125 per night.  Be sure to specify SERVICE DOG if you are going to have your dog in the room.   Hotel info below. 

Tentative Schedule: 

August 6 -  1700 Registration at the hotel  
August 7 -  0800 PDI begins
August 8 -  0800  Explosive detection -  practice & certification 
August 8 - 0800   Narcotics Training 
August 9 -  0800  Narcotics Certification
August 9 -   1830  Banquet Dinner at the Hotel
August 10 -  0800  Tracking Certification 
August 11 -       Built in extra day in case of weather/numbers of attendees 

PDI Registration Fee -  $85 

Narc, Explosive and Tracking Registration fee -  $25 each
